Some users have expressed a wish to see more point and click functionality for recording common normal review of systems (ROS) and examinations. You could do this before by recording normal macros in the consultation editor. With the latest release ( build 159 ), you now have an "
Exam" tab that gives you faster access to these macros. With your own systems, you will see for example for the "
Throat" button:
Normal throat ROS has not been defined yet. You just change that to the text you desire, click on the "
Save New" button, and this new custom text will appear thereafter. You can click on "
Accept" button to insert into your notes.
There are also new buttons below the
Normal ROS and
Normal Exam areas which pull in other parts of the patients record eg. current medications, allergies, social history etc. that you might want to include in sending a letter to someone.
