A number of demo users appear to be having some type of login problem to the Synapse demo server. We see a number of attempted logins.
To be clear, the username for the demo server is
Guest and the password is also
Guest.
If you still experience problems, please provide some feedback so that we can determine where the problem lies.
Newer versions of Synapse EMR client will include an feedback form which you can fill in to send us email.
Please note that Synapse EMR does not work currently through a proxy server such as Squid.
