New Dashboard's INBOX - missing name.

Been using the new dashboard alot with great results. Much faster now with the larger number of items in the inbox.

Not sure why this one didn't display a name or a PDF icon.

I'm working at half mast today, I think my ESR is higher than Grahams :( Dx: URTI vs. Flu.

Fixed now .... the problem was with results with no attachments, and this buglet was introduced when I put an image icon on the results panel.

HL7 results don't have an image icon and code I put in there scrambled the display.
