TimeStamp button in Consult Note, not working ?

The names (Given, Surname) work fine ... but the T/Stamp does not work for me, anyone else with this ?

I'm working at half mast today, I think my ESR is higher than Grahams :( Dx: URTI vs. Flu.

Very odd. I can see it only failing if you don't have a timezone setting for Windows.

What the button does is strip the timezone data off the current time, and inject the remainder into the text.
