- If you do not get a confirmation email within 30 mins, check your spam folder.
- If it still does not appear within the hour, use the contact form to advise us and we will enable your account manually
- Download the Synapse EMR client installer from http://synapsedirect.com/files/folders/393/download.aspx
- Because this is not frequently updated, the client will likely be expired. Download the latest client from here. Copy it over the one that is installed by the installer.
- You then need to configure the client if you are connecting to your own server. Follow the instructions here. If you are just testing, then use the default server and credentials of Guest/Guest to login.
Note: This is client server software. It is not a desktop application like a word processor or spreadsheet. If you have never installed client server software before, do not be afraid to ask for help on the forums. The configuration must be done correctly for all the functions to work properly. Otherwise you will see errors like being unable to print, or preview documents and so forth.
