Diagnoses Popup looks and feels great.
One suggestion.
started using the tickler function from the inbox. It's going to be very helpful.
One issue.
I often am reviewing an entry. I add some metadata ... and then I decide this will need a tickler for my secretary. When I double click on the entry .. I lose my typed in Metadata. We will either need a [Save] button or ... autosave any changes upon double-clicking to get to the tickler.

Don't double click .. try right click instead.
Graham:When you click on add diagnoses, you're in keyboard mode .. so moving back to mouse mode wastes time. Easier to just backspace to remove the age!
When you click on [add diagnosis] you are using the mouse, so it would take almost no time to click on the word age and then click on the diagnosis box.
I'd like access to the original items from the tickler.
I notice that you can't update old ticklers with the new system
I thought I had fixed that .. have another go later on today.
