I got the same error message on attempting to update my personal remr.fdb on Linux, but I guess I just somehow stumbled into it working correctly with the newest synapse-server.exe and synapse-linux. After using isql to drop the normals table I was still getting that same error message from synapse-update.exe, but then when opening remr.fdb with synapse-linux in the console it echoed regenerating all of the vitals and lab fields OK. Everything appears OK now.

I tested this on the LivePC and it worked okay for me. This does seem odd ...
