Yes.
Originally GUI templates were designed to be stand alone, and so it made sense to use the template name also to generate some text. So, if your template was called "knee examination: a quick exam", then "knee examination:" was supposed to appear in the text.
Now that we can use GUI templates inside other macros, this is less of a convenience.
So, this will change so that if you have a ":" in the title, anything before that will be included in the text. But if you don't, then none of the title text appears in your note. So, you could call this instead "knee examination - a quick exam" if you wanted that to happen.
