This should download as an upgrade from your existing client, but if not, it can be downloaded from here.
NB: the synapse-server changes a few fields from decimal to float to maintain compatibility with the Linux version. This can affect some older versions of Firebird and ODBC so you should update these first. And of course backup before you use the new server.
