SynapseDirect

The current print out is plain and omits the blanks.  The PMS of my previous practice print out two types of results: one is a summary very similar to Synapse printout, with patient's phone listed, easy for secretary to call one day ahead for confirmation.  The other is a table format, with all the blocks included, this is for MD's daily use, very convenient to see where there is a block available, overbooking also highlighted.  Can the second type of printout be added in Synapse?

Qilin, maybe you should bridge synapse with a great PM ?

I'd say the blanks should be printed too.

Graham actually you are right, it's all available on the screen.  I was used to have the secretary print out a schedule in the past since they use a different PM/billing system which I don't an extra seat on my computer.  It's not that important now since I can open Synapse anywhere.  I am having STI insall their PM today, it's called Perfectcare based on Sybase.  I am not sure if it's possible to link Synapse to this PM.

Oh ... I did create this functionality in the last beta .. can either print out only the appts, or appts with slots.  An * indicates an overlap.

Use the "appts only" button to switch between the two
