I am pretty sure I am going to forget this little clinical pearl.  

Might be neat to theorize what are the drug - non-drug reactions that are the most important.

This one probably wouldn't make the list but ... it's just food for thought.

I suppose we'd be better off with a codified drug database if we wanted to "trap" this type of interaction.
