I'm going to attempt to implement vaccination guidelines as a health maintenance guideline.

For each vaccine there will be a minimum or recommended age to receive the vaccine, and a top age at which you no longer care. 

So, here's a rule we can call rotavirus 2 months

age greaterthan .167 Age lessthan 10 vaccination [ 119 ]

which says, the rule applies if the age is greater than .167 years, less than 10 years and needs vaccination type 119 ( CDC code for rotavirus, live, monovalent vaccine )
