Was experimenting today with the large LCD turned sideways for .pdf viewing.
It was a WIN !
I essentially wanted to view scanned PDFs without using the mouse to use the scrollbar.
So the monitor had to be a certain size.
Widescreen LCDs ... by default ... are big IN THE WRONG DIRECTION .. for document viewing.
Solution: flip them sideways.
I am not sure I can afford the space in every exam room but for my "WORK POD" room (between patients) I think it will rock the house !
For the pods, I think I need 3 screens
(1) Synapse
(2) PDF viewing / document viewing.
(3) Internal Messaging and TODOs.
I might do 2 17 inch square LCD on top of each other and the sideways widescreen to the right.
woOT ! To view the setup it its own window: click here
I'm working at half mast today, I think my ESR is higher than Grahams :( Dx: URTI vs. Flu.
