I have a few complicated patients that I would like to be able to Export their text results to give to physicians to whom I refer.  I have a dizziness NYD patient with a complicated PMHx and I'd like to give a copy of the patients workup over the last year.  EEG, Neurology opinion, etc.... In the add results section (result type) .. X-ray is an option. I always use Xray.   Although, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/X-ray I don't want to have problems with filtering because some are xray and others are x-ray.   Hey: idea, could the filter show multiple items ?
