On this client I did not have a scan directory set. My secretary does all that. So when I clicked on the "EYE" to find a .jpg to import I got the message:

kgmamman:How does one import an x.ray or other pictures (non-scanned). I tried from results - add new - open a browse window by clicking on the icon to the right of "last scan" and choosing a file (jpeg)- synapse import. I get the msg " Test date format error".

qilin:I actually misfiled yesterday using "Get Last Patient" button when I was filing a real thick old chart myself. This would have been avoided if the patient name stayed and didn't disappear after import.
Problem #1 - Filing yourself ? I guess it's OK for the short term but it's time consuming. ...
