Here's is what I use and dont use.  

The lab requires ICD-9 codes included in the requisition for lab tests. Synapse only prints the Diagnoses. Can you fix it so that it will also print the Codes? It would be handy if we could add a code that it is not in the Diagnoses. Sort of a temporary code, such as V76.44 for screening for prostate CA. DrO

When a diagnosis is updated and it moves, the highlight should move with it.

Here is how the Diagnosis Tab currently prints with some suggestions.  A common ordering of these key parts of a medical history is the PSMAH order. Past Medical History and then Surgical History Social History Meds Allergies Hospitalizations.   - especially having Diagnoses last doesn't work for me.
